Terms and Conditions
In-stock items typically ship within two to three business days from the time when you place your order.
In-stock orders can be cancelled with no additional penalty, as long as the order has not been processed + shipped. To cancel an in-stock order, please send an email to email@example.com, and include your name and order number.
We of course hope you fall in love with everything you order from JR, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on merchandise within a fourteen (14) day time period from date of delivery.
Return shipping is considered the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that customers send their returns with a registered traceable service, as we cannot be responsible for items that fail to reach us. We do not refund shipping costs.
Please note that all returns should be sent back in their original packaging, unworn with the original tags attached. The camera straps must be unworn in their original boxes as this is considered part of the product. JR will not accept non-faulty items that have been worn, used and / or product tags removed. In such cases the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Please also note: If you don’t pick up your order and an order is returned to us more than 4 weeks after it was available for pick up, we will only refund 50% of its value.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original form of payment, less any taxes or import duties incurred, within 14 days. We do not refund shipping costs.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed and refunded.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase. Notify us within two (2) days of receipt of any damages. We will gladly replace damaged or reimburse broken items promptly once the damaged article(s) has been returned.
We do not accept responsibility for general wear and tear on the products or damage caused by mis-use or mistreatment.
We do not offer exchanges and advise you to place a new order for items that you wish to exchange and request a refund for your return item/s, as the item you want may sell out in the time it takes us to receive and process your return.
